Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Prepare and analyze financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with standards.
  • Support month-end and year-end close processes for multiple entities within the portfolio.
  • Assist portfolio companies with financial planning, forecasting, and operational improvements.
  • Conduct financial research and analysis to evaluate investment opportunities and M&A activities.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Taxation is required for this position.
  • CPA certification is mandatory to meet professional standards.
  • Minimum of 3 years of accounting experience is required, with 4 years preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, is essential for daily tasks.
