Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Supervise all phases of ground-up construction for large-scale retail projects, ensuring alignment with project plans.

Job Requirements
- Associate degree in construction management or related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in construction management; 12 years preferred.
- Proven expertise in managing ground-up construction projects exceeding $10MM.
- Strong knowledge of site work processes, infrastructure development, and construction methodologies.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills to manage teams and coordinate with stakeholders effectively.
- Ability to travel extensively to project sites and adapt to diverse environments and challenges.
- Proficiency in construction management software and tools for efficient project oversight.
