Overview

  • Contribute to the success of manufacturing projects by managing workflows, schedules, and resources effectively.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure project alignment with organizational goals and client expectations.
  • Support the development and implementation of project plans, ensuring timely and quality delivery.
  • Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and propose solutions to maintain objectives.
  • Facilitate communication between stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution and alignment.
  • Prepare comprehensive reports and documentation to support informed decision-making processes.
  • Participate in client meetings to provide updates and address project-related concerns effectively.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Assist in planning and executing manufacturing projects to meet organizational objectives and client needs.
  • Monitor project budgets and expenses, ensuring cost-effective solutions and financial adherence.
  • Coordinate procurement and availability of materials and equipment for project execution.
  • Supervise on-site activities, ensuring compliance with safety protocols and quality standards.
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to resolve technical challenges and optimize designs.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management within manufacturing.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with efficiency and professionalism.
  • Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools.
  • Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills for stakeholder engagement and team collaboration.
  • Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work on-site and travel as required for project needs.
