POSITION OVERVIEW

Green Key Resources is looking for an IT/Technical Recruiter to join our thriving IT recruiting division specializing in connecting top-tier professionals with leading organizations nationwide. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Source and engage IT professionals using innovative recruitment strategies and tools to meet diverse client staffing needs.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates to ensure successful placements and long-term partnerships.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align recruitment efforts with organizational goals and client requirements.
  • Utilize market insights and industry trends to refine sourcing techniques and recruitment strategies effectively.
  • Negotiate contracts and establish staffing agreements to drive business growth and client satisfaction.
  • Analyze recruitment metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimize hiring processes.
  • Engage in proactive networking to attract both active and passive candidates in the IT sector.
  • Coordinate with leadership to address evolving hiring needs and contribute to strategic initiatives.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of IT advancements to better understand client needs and candidate qualifications.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor of Science (BS) in IT, Business, or related fields.
  • Minimum of 3 years of agency recruiting experience or 1 year of IT industry experience.
  • Strong knowledge of IT industry trends, technologies, and recruitment strategies.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for engaging clients and candidates effectively.
  • Proven ability to excel in a fast-paced, results-oriented work environment.
  • Demonstrated skills in cold calling, follow-ups, and relationship building.
  • Eager to learn and collaborate within a dynamic and supportive team setting.
