Job Description

Overview

  • Support a dynamic sales team by managing RFP responses and data analysis tasks during peak seasons.
  • Utilize advanced Excel skills to organize, manipulate, and analyze complex datasets effectively.
  • Engage in a temporary contract role lasting 3-6 months with a hybrid work schedule.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure accurate and timely data handling and reporting.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Prepare and manage RFP responses, ensuring accuracy and compliance with client requirements.
  • Assist the sales team in organizing, analyzing, and interpreting data for strategic proposals.
  • Collaborate with team members to streamline processes and improve operational workflows.
  • Maintain and update Salesforce CRM records to support sales initiatives.
  • Provide administrative and analytical support to the sales department during peak periods.
  • Work onsite two days a week, ensuring seamless coordination and communication with the team.
  • Contribute to the success of the sales team by delivering high-quality data insights and solutions.
  • Support the development and implementation of data-driven strategies for client engagement.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in a relevant field is required.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales coordination or data analysis roles.
  • Proficiency in Excel with advanced knowledge of data manipulation and analysis techniques.
  • Experience with Salesforce CRM is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail are essential.
  • Ability to work effectively in a hybrid schedule, including onsite days.
