Overview

  • Coordinate and enhance candidate experience, ensuring seamless interview and hiring processes within a hybrid work environment.
  • Support recruitment efforts by managing scheduling, communication, and systems for optimal efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with HR, recruiters, and hiring managers to align recruitment strategies with organizational goals.
  • Maintain recruitment systems, ensuring data accuracy and compliance with best practices and employment laws.
  • Strengthen employment branding through professional coordination, social media engagement, and job fair participation.
  • Adapt to dynamic hiring needs, prioritizing tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Facilitate onboarding coordination to ensure a smooth transition from offer acceptance to start date.
  • Operate independently while maintaining alignment with recruiter and organizational directives.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Coordinate interview scheduling, candidate communications, and logistics to provide a positive and professional experience.
  • Prepare and distribute interview schedules and materials, ensuring readiness and alignment with recruitment goals.
  • Serve as the primary contact for candidate logistics, addressing inquiries promptly and effectively.
  • Manage job postings across internal and external platforms, ensuring accuracy and alignment with branding standards.
  • Maintain recruitment systems, ensuring data integrity and compliance with organizational policies.
  • Support employment branding initiatives, including participation in job fairs and social media recruiting campaigns.
  • Ensure recruiting activities comply with employment laws and align with industry best practices.
  • Adapt recruitment approaches to meet evolving hiring needs and organizational priorities.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field preferred.
  • 1–2 years of experience in recruiting or HR coordination, ideally within a manufacturing or similar industry.
  • Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment tools for efficient workflow management.
  • Strong organizational skills to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines effectively.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and collaboration tools such as Teams and SharePoint.
  • Excellent communication skills with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Ability to build strong relationships with candidates, recruiters, and hiring managers.
  • Comfortable working in fast-paced environments and adapting to changing priorities.
