- Drive automation initiatives for infrastructure provisioning and maintenance.
- Ensure infrastructure scalability, performance, and cost-efficiency.
- Lead security practices and compliance efforts for infrastructure and data.
- Develop and maintain robust backup and disaster recovery strategies.
- Collaborate with teams to align infrastructure strategies with application needs.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in a relevant field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in senior leadership roles within DevOps.
- Proven expertise in CI/CD pipeline implementation and cloud infrastructure management.
- Strong understanding of DevSecOps principles and compliance standards.
- Experience with hybrid cloud environments, including VMWare, AWS, and Azure.
- Preferred certifications in AWS, Azure, Kubernetes, or DevOps methodologies.
- Exceptional communication and leadership skills for cross-functional collaboration.
- Proficiency in leveraging data-driven insights for strategic decisions.
- Availability for occasional off-hours work during nights and weekends.
