Key Responsibilities & Duties

• Serve as the AI transformation leader, shaping strategies for impactful digital innovation.
• Collaborate with C-suite executives to define and execute AI priorities across business units.

• Lead multidisciplinary teams, including data scientists, engineers, and business stakeholders.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; advanced degree such as MBA preferred.
• 10–15 years of experience in consulting, AI transformation, or technology leadership roles.
• Proven success in leading large-scale AI or digital transformation programs.
• Deep understanding of AI/ML concepts and their practical applications in financial services.
• Experience with private markets workflows and alternative asset management.
• Exceptional stakeholder management and client-facing communication skills.
• Knowledge of AI governance, model risk, and regulatory considerations.
