Overview
- Lead finance and operations for a family office managing investments and philanthropic foundations.
- Collaborate closely with the Principal and CEO to ensure strategic alignment.
- Oversee consolidated financial reporting across diverse entities and functions.
- Direct liquidity planning, tax strategy, and foundation compliance.
- Manage investment operations, including fund administration and performance reporting.
- Supervise personal affairs management, including property, assets, and recurring costs.
- Establish and maintain relationships with external advisors and service providers.
- Ensure integrity and discretion in all financial and operational matters.
Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Develop and oversee consolidated financial strategies across all entities.
- Direct liquidity and capital planning to meet investment and operational needs.
- Ensure compliance with tax regulations and foundation requirements.
- Supervise disbursements, treasury, and banking operations.
- Manage investment operations, including capital calls and fund administration.
- Coordinate with external advisors, auditors, and fund administrators.
- Oversee management of personal assets, including properties and vehicles.
- Lead a team of senior professionals across finance and operations functions.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor of Arts degree with extensive experience in finance and operations.
- Minimum 12 years of experience, preferably 15 years in relevant roles.
- Proven leadership in multi-entity finance and consolidated reporting.
- Expertise in partnership structures, capital calls, and fund administration.
- Strong foundation tax knowledge and experience with 501(c)(3) compliance.
- CPA certification and Big Four background preferred.
- Exceptional discretion, integrity, and trustworthiness.
- Ability to lead senior professionals while engaging hands-on when necessary.
