Overview

  • Manage diverse commercial construction projects, including K-12 and higher education facilities, ensuring timely and quality delivery.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables aligned with organizational goals.
  • Supervise project teams, ensuring effective communication and coordination for successful execution.
  • Monitor project progress, budgets, and schedules, addressing challenges proactively to maintain efficiency.
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards, regulations, and company policies throughout project lifecycles.
  • Provide regular updates and reports to senior management and stakeholders on project status and outcomes.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Develop and manage project plans, schedules, and budgets for commercial construction projects.
  • Coordinate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure project specifications are met.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering or related field required.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management within the construction industry.
  • Preferred 10 years of experience managing commercial construction projects.
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools for scheduling and budgeting.
  • Strong knowledge of safety regulations and compliance standards in construction.
