Job Description

Overview

  • Support the organization's compensation department during a temporary contract period, ensuring seamless operations and data-driven decision-making.
  • Utilize advanced data analytics tools to manage and analyze compensation-related data.
  • Collaborate with HR and cross-functional teams to address compensation requests and reporting needs.
  • Contribute to workforce planning, bonus accruals, and headcount management through accurate data reporting.
  • Ensure data quality and integrity across multiple HR systems and platforms.
  • Develop and maintain documentation for data definitions, methodologies, and reporting pipelines.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in compensation analytics.
  • Work in a hybrid environment with flexibility for on-site collaboration.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Extract, clean, and aggregate data from HR systems to create dashboards and reports.
  • Conduct audits to ensure data accuracy and resolve discrepancies.
  • Manage requests related to bonus accruals, headcount, and compensation adjustments.
  • Utilize Excel, SQL, and Python for advanced data analysis and reporting.
  • Collaborate with HR and leadership to present actionable insights from data analysis.
  • Lead analytics projects to inform workforce planning and retention strategies.
  • Maintain documentation for analytical processes and methodologies.
  • Participate in two interview rounds and a technical assessment.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, Data Analytics, or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in HR analytics or related roles; 5 years preferred.
  • Proficiency in Excel, SQL, and Python for data analysis.
  • Experience with HRIS systems, particularly Workday, is a strong asset.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to synthesize data into actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication skills for presenting findings to diverse audiences.
