Key Responsibilities & Duties

- Utilize Excel, SQL, and Python for advanced data analysis and reporting.
- Collaborate with HR and leadership to present actionable insights from data analysis.

- Participate in two interview rounds and a technical assessment.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, Data Analytics, or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in HR analytics or related roles; 5 years preferred.
- Proficiency in Excel, SQL, and Python for data analysis.
- Experience with HRIS systems, particularly Workday, is a strong asset.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to synthesize data into actionable insights.
