Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Develop and implement comprehensive project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocations.
  • Monitor project progress and address any issues or delays proactively.
  • Coordinate with design and self-perform teams to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to ensure adherence to quality and safety standards.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in construction project management, with 12 years preferred.
  • Proven track record of managing large-scale construction projects across diverse sectors.
  • Strong knowledge of design-build methodologies and self-perform construction practices.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools.
  • Commitment to safety, quality, and client satisfaction.
  • Ability to work on-site and adapt to dynamic project requirements.
