Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Develop and implement SOX compliance strategies, ensuring alignment with industry standards and regulations.
- Collaborate with external consultants to streamline SOX processes and reporting mechanisms.

- Monitor and evaluate compliance metrics, providing actionable insights to stakeholders.

Job Requirements
- Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in a relevant field is required.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in SOX compliance or related roles.
- Preferred 12 years of experience in compliance, IT infrastructure, or asset management.
- Strong knowledge of SOX regulations and IT infrastructure processes.
- Proven leadership skills and ability to manage cross-functional teams.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
- Willingness to travel quarterly for organizational events.
