Overview

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Manage front desk operations, including greeting visitors and handling inquiries professionally.
  • Coordinate incoming and outgoing communications, ensuring timely responses and accurate information.
  • Maintain a clean and organized reception area, reflecting the company’s standards.
  • Assist with scheduling and administrative tasks as needed to support the team.
  • Ensure adherence to corporate casual dress code and punctuality requirements.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in reception, customer service, or hospitality roles.
  • Preferred 2 years of experience in similar positions for enhanced proficiency.
  • Associate of Science (AS) degree or equivalent educational background.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a bubbly, friendly, and outgoing personality.
  • Ability to work on-site from 8:30 am to 5:30 pm with a 1-hour lunch break.
  • Punctuality and reliability are essential for success in this role.
