Job Description

Overview

  • Serve as a key member of the General Partner Service team, delivering high-touch service to principals.
  • Coordinate reporting, investment tracking, and operational processes for GP and LP interests.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
  • Gain exposure to complex alternative investment structures and partnership accounting.
  • Support the administration and monitoring of principals’ investments and related activities.
  • Assist with quarterly and year-end reporting processes for GP entities.
  • Prepare and reconcile GP capital account activities, including calls and distributions.
  • Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in handling sensitive information.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Administer and monitor GP and LP investment structures and activities.
  • Coordinate documentation for new GP investments and related processes.
  • Support tracking of compensation deferrals and liquidity impacts.
  • Maintain schedules for fee waivers, elections, and private investment allocations.
  • Ensure data accuracy and internal controls for reporting tools and portals.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and third-party administrators on GP matters.
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes and reporting efficiency.
  • Operate autonomously while aligning with team objectives and timelines.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in a relevant field.
  • 4–7 years of experience in alternative asset management, fund accounting, or finance.
  • Proficiency in GP and LP investment structures and partnership accounting.
  • Strong Excel skills and experience with financial systems.
  • Experience with AI-enabled tools for reporting and operational efficiency.
  • High attention to detail and commitment to data integrity.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
