Overview
- Support the Talent Acquisition team in coordinating recruitment processes within a fast-paced, high-performance environment.
- Facilitate communication between candidates, search firms, recruiters, and hiring managers.
- Manage interview scheduling, ensuring smooth execution for both virtual and in-person formats.
- Prepare materials for hiring committees and team match meetings.
- Maintain accurate records and pipelines in applicant tracking systems.
- Identify and implement process improvements to optimize recruitment workflows.
- Collaborate with multiple stakeholders in a matrixed organizational structure.
- Contribute to delivering an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Coordinate external communication with candidates and search firms during the interview process.
- Schedule and manage high-touch interview requests, ensuring readiness for all participants.
- Collect and collate interview feedback for recruiters and hiring managers.
- Update candidate pipelines and maintain detailed records in applicant tracking systems.
- Support recruitment process improvements in collaboration with HR and TA teams.
- Provide tailored context and background information to interviewers.
- Ensure data hygiene and accurate documentation within recruitment systems.
- Act as a point of contact for candidates and hiring managers during recruitment stages.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree from a top-tier institution with a GPA of 3.5 or higher.
- 1-2 years of experience in recruiting coordination or talent acquisition operations.
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems; Avature experience preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to manage candidate-facing coordination in complex interview environments.
- Strong judgment and ownership instincts with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, for diverse audiences.
- Comfortable working in a matrixed organizational structure with multiple stakeholders.
- Experience in process improvement and workflow optimization within recruitment systems.
