Job Description

Overview

  • Provide high-quality physical therapy services to patients in an on-site clinical setting.
  • Utilize evidence-based care models to deliver optimal treatment outcomes.
  • Conduct 45-60 minute therapy sessions tailored to individual patient needs.
  • Develop and implement progressive exercise-driven care plans for patients.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive patient care.
  • Access advanced tools such as Limber, PROMIS, and Ambient Listening for efficiency.
  • Participate in CEU Residency Programs and benefit from student loan repayment options.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Assess patient conditions and develop individualized therapy plans based on evidence-based protocols.
  • Deliver one-on-one consultations to provide personalized support and care.

Job Requirements

  • Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy (DO) from an accredited institution.

  • Familiarity with tools such as Limber, PROMIS, and Ambient Listening.
  • Strong communication skills for patient education and team collaboration.
