Physical Therapist

Overview

• Provide high-quality physical therapy services to patients in an on-site clinical setting.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

• Assess patient conditions and develop individualized therapy plans based on evidence-based protocols.
• Deliver one-on-one consultations to provide personalized support and care.
• Implement risk-stratified protocols to drive improved patient outcomes.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust therapy plans to achieve optimal results.
• Educate patients and families on therapy techniques and home exercises.
• Ensure compliance with clinical guidelines and quality care standards.

Job Requirements

• Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy (DO) from an accredited institution.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience; 2 years preferred.
• Proficiency in implementing evidence-based care models and progressive exercise plans.
• Familiarity with tools such as Limber, PROMIS, and Ambient Listening.
• Strong communication skills for patient education and team collaboration.
• Eligibility for CEU Residency Programs and student loan repayment options.
• Ability to work on-site and maintain flexible schedules.
