Overview
- Provide administrative support to the Technology Group, ensuring smooth daily operations and efficient office management.
- Coordinate and manage the Chief Technology Officer’s calendar, meetings, and priorities with professionalism and discretion.
- Plan and execute team events, corporate gatherings, and internal meetings with attention to detail and creativity.
- Support workplace experience initiatives, enhancing team engagement and maintaining a functional work environment.
- Organize and oversee office supplies, inventory, and general upkeep to ensure a productive workspace.
- Collaborate with employees, vendors, and external visitors to address operational needs effectively.
- Contribute to the success of the Technology Group by proactively solving problems and anticipating needs.
- Engage in creative initiatives to foster team collaboration and enhance workplace culture.
Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Manage daily office operations, ensuring a clean, organized, and functional environment for the Technology Group.
- Coordinate team lunches, meetings, and outings, maintaining a positive employee experience.
- Plan and execute one major corporate event annually, handling logistics and vendor communication.
- Provide executive support to the CTO, including calendar management, scheduling, and meeting logistics.
- Act as a gatekeeper for the CTO’s priorities, ensuring effective time management and access control.
- Support cross-functional operational needs and collaborate with teams on various initiatives.
- Organize team engagement activities, such as scavenger hunts, volunteer projects, and potlucks.
- Maintain professionalism and discretion when interacting with executives, employees, and external stakeholders.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is required for this position.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in administrative support, office operations, or event coordination.
- Proficiency in calendar management, workplace tools, and standard office software.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize effectively.
