  • Design and develop innovative solutions for commercial, educational, and municipal building projects.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure project success from concept to completion.
  • Utilize advanced tools like AutoCAD and REVIT to create detailed construction documentation.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Direct project teams, schedule tasks, and manage budgets to ensure timely deliverables.
  • Coordinate with architects, engineers, and consultants throughout all project phases.
  • Develop architectural schematic designs and construction documents using REVIT and AutoCAD.
  • Conduct site visits to survey conditions and document observations for project development.
  • Prepare project reports, cost estimates, and feasibility studies for various phases.
  • Assist in planning efforts for educational referendums and regulatory project applications.
  • Attend pre-design, plan review, and pre-construction meetings to ensure alignment.
  • Manage construction administration processes from contract award to project close-out.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or equivalent educational background.
  • Licensed Architect or pursuing licensure with 7-10 years of relevant experience.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD and REVIT, with a preference for REVIT expertise.
  • Experience in K-12, higher education, and municipal projects.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills for effective project management.
  • Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to project sites.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel for documentation and reporting.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team-oriented environment.
