Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Direct project teams, schedule tasks, and manage budgets to ensure timely deliverables.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, and consultants throughout all project phases.
- Develop architectural schematic designs and construction documents using REVIT and AutoCAD.
- Conduct site visits to survey conditions and document observations for project development.
- Prepare project reports, cost estimates, and feasibility studies for various phases.
- Assist in planning efforts for educational referendums and regulatory project applications.
- Attend pre-design, plan review, and pre-construction meetings to ensure alignment.
- Manage construction administration processes from contract award to project close-out.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or equivalent educational background.
- Licensed Architect or pursuing licensure with 7-10 years of relevant experience.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and REVIT, with a preference for REVIT expertise.
- Experience in K-12, higher education, and municipal projects.
- Strong organizational and communication skills for effective project management.
- Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to project sites.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel for documentation and reporting.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team-oriented environment.
