Key Responsibilities & Duties

• Develop and oversee architectural designs, ensuring alignment with client requirements and project goals.
• Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and consultants to integrate all project components seamlessly.

• Monitor construction progress and address design-related issues promptly and efficiently.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor of Science in Architecture (B.Arch.) or equivalent degree required.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in architectural design and project management.
• Proficiency in architectural software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and SketchUp.
• Strong knowledge of building codes, regulations, and construction methodologies.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills to manage teams and liaise with clients.
• Ability to work in a hybrid environment, balancing on-site and remote tasks effectively.
