Senior Product Manager

Overview

Key Responsibilities & Duties

• Develop deep expertise in assigned domains, understanding systems, user needs, and operational processes comprehensively.
• Define and refine end-to-end capability behaviors, improving existing patterns and workflows to enhance user satisfaction.
• Specify detailed business rules, states, transitions, and exception handling to ensure robust product functionality.
• Conduct discovery and research, validating assumptions through stakeholder engagement and data analysis.
• Generate and evaluate strategic solution options, collaborating closely with engineering teams to ensure feasibility.
• Translate concepts into actionable plans, managing risks and interdependencies effectively to ensure project success.
• Align stakeholders across business, operations, and technology teams to achieve cohesive execution of initiatives.
• Produce high-quality artifacts such as briefs, roadmaps, and release communications to support product development.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in a relevant field is required.
• 5–7+ years of experience in Product Management or related roles, with a proven track record of success.
• Demonstrated ability to define product capabilities and translate them into actionable requirements effectively.
• Experience designing user workflows and wireframes to enhance product usability and functionality.
• Strong technical literacy and experience collaborating with Engineering and QA teams to ensure product quality.
• Proven ability to manage complex initiatives from start to finish, delivering impactful results.
• Familiarity with APIs, data models, and operational workflows is preferred for effective product development.
• Experience with enterprise, platform, or integration-heavy systems is advantageous for this role.
