Overview

  • Lead and oversee diverse commercial construction projects, ensuring quality execution and adherence to timelines and budgets.
  • Coordinate national travel to supervise project sites, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to execute ground-up and tenant improvement construction plans effectively.
  • Provide leadership and maintain communication with stakeholders for updates and issue resolution.
  • Ensure compliance with site utility and foundation standards during project execution.
  • Utilize strong organizational and communication skills to foster collaboration across teams.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Supervise construction activities, ensuring adherence to project timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
  • Coordinate with subcontractors and vendors to meet project specifications and deliverables.
  • Conduct site inspections to ensure compliance with safety and regulatory requirements.
  • Prepare and present detailed progress reports to stakeholders and management teams.

Job Requirements

  • Associate of Science (AS) degree in construction management or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in commercial construction; 5 years preferred.
  • Proficiency in managing ground-up and tenant improvement projects effectively.
  • Experience with gym/fitness center construction projects is highly desirable.
  • Strong knowledge of site utilities, foundation work, and construction standards.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to travel nationally and manage remote project sites effectively.
