Job Description
Overview
- Collaborate with the Global Credit Operations team to oversee compliance and reporting for US CLO platforms.
- Support investment capture, funding, treasury management, and administrator oversight within the firm's credit operations.
- Ensure compliance with Middle Market CLOs and Rated Note Fund structures through regular monitoring and testing.
- Engage with portfolio management, trading, and structuring teams for daily operational activities.
- Perform hypothetical testing and interpret indentures to maintain compliance standards.
- Prepare and review quarterly investor reports, waterfall calculations, and ad-hoc reporting.
- Manage vendor relationships, including fund administration and trustees, ensuring operational efficiency.
- Contribute to the firm's industry-leading CLO business by supporting operational and compliance initiatives.
Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Monitor compliance tests for US Middle Market CLOs and Rated Note Fund structures.
- Review and analyze quarterly investor reports and waterfall calculations.
- Conduct hypothetical testing and interpret indentures for compliance verification.
- Collaborate with portfolio management, trading, and structuring teams for operational activities.
- Prepare regular reports for portfolio management and ad-hoc reporting as needed.
- Oversee vendor relationships, including fund administration and trustees.
- Support the firm's CLO business through compliance and operational oversight.
- Ensure efficient collaboration across teams to improve organizational processes.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Mathematics, or related discipline required.
- Minimum of 2-4 years of relevant experience in financial services, preferably with a focus on CLOs.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, for data analysis and reporting.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a team-oriented approach.
- Detail-oriented self-starter with intellectual curiosity and a commitment to learning.
- Ability to manage vendor relationships and ensure operational efficiency.
- Experience in compliance testing and reporting within financial services preferred.
