Key Responsibilities & Duties

• Assist traders in managing allocations, trade processing, and settlement tasks for MBS transactions.
• Perform trade reconciliation to identify and resolve discrepancies effectively.
• Confirm execution details with counterparties and maintain accurate transaction records.
• Collaborate with internal teams to address operational challenges and improve processes.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies during trade execution.
• Provide desk support to traders, ensuring smooth daily operations and resolving issues promptly.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in a relevant field is required.
• Preferred experience of 1 year in trade support or related functions.
• Strong understanding of MBS trade operations and processes.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with traders and internal teams.
• Proficiency in trade reconciliation and execution confirmation tasks.
• Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
