Job Description

Overview

  • Deliver exceptional client service by managing investment processes and addressing inquiries from stakeholders and partners.
  • Collaborate with advisory teams to ensure investor suitability and adherence to regulatory standards.
  • Support the administration of hedge fund offerings, including investment and redemption activities.
  • Engage with IT teams to enhance investor-facing applications for improved user experiences.
  • Review compliance documents to maintain adherence to legal and financial regulations.
  • Prepare and distribute statements, reports, and custom communications to investors and third parties.
  • Collaborate with finance teams to ensure efficient transaction processing and reporting.
  • Uphold integrity and discretion when handling sensitive financial information.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Administer hedge fund offering processes, including investment and redemption workflows.
  • Assist in reviewing entity formation documents to verify investor eligibility.
  • Collaborate with advisory teams to ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Manage compliance documentation and track adherence to legal requirements.
  • Coordinate with finance teams and administrators for seamless transaction processing.
  • Work with IT teams to develop and refine investor-facing tools and applications.
  • Address inquiries from partners and stakeholders with accurate and timely information.
  • Prepare and send statements, reports, and tailored communications to investors.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is required.
  • Active SIE, Series 66, and Series 7 licenses are mandatory.
  • 1-3 years of experience in client service or financial operations preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data management and reporting tasks.
  • Strong organizational skills to manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills for presenting complex information clearly.
  • Experience with financial products such as hedge funds is advantageous.
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities for operational challenges.
