POSITION OVERVIEW
Green Key Resources is looking for Healthcare 360 Recruiters and Account Managers to join our dynamic staffing and recruiting division specializing in healthcare. This role offers the opportunity to drive growth, build strategic partnerships, and expand market presence nationwide. The ideal candidate is experienced in healthcare recruitment and business development, with a strong understanding of industry trends and staffing solutions. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Identify and engage healthcare facilities, hospitals, clinics, and long-term care providers to establish partnerships.
- Analyze healthcare staffing trends, competitor activities, and hiring demands to develop targeted business strategies.
- Drive revenue by negotiating contracts, securing staffing agreements, and expanding service offerings.
- Collaborate with recruiters to align business development efforts with talent acquisition strategies.
- Conduct full lifecycle recruiting of healthcare, hospitality, and clinical professionals.
- Establish, build, and maintain relationships with healthcare and clinical clients and candidates.
- Utilize applicant tracking systems and sourcing resources to build a network of qualified candidates.
- Parse specialized skills and qualifications for healthcare resumes to match client needs.
- Coordinate with team leaders to assess hiring needs and develop recruitment strategies.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in healthcare, nursing, or related fields.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in healthcare recruitment and business development; preferred 5 years.
- Comprehensive knowledge of the healthcare industry, including staffing solutions and recruitment strategies.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain client relationships.
- Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment and achieve results.
- Demonstrated drive for excellence and willingness to learn and grow within a collaborative team.
