  • Support and enhance financial and operational reporting for a professional services firm.
  • Focus on improving, streamlining, and modernizing reporting processes and outputs.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Develop and maintain firmwide financial reports across various metrics and categories.
  • Optimize reporting processes to enhance accuracy and reduce manual efforts.
  • Collaborate with Accounting, Billing, and IT teams to improve data quality.
  • Perform analysis on profitability, realization, and collections trends.
  • Support annual budgeting and forecasting processes.
  • Troubleshoot reporting issues and collaborate with vendors for solutions.
  • Utilize visualization tools to present data insights effectively.
  • Contribute to ongoing improvements in reporting strategy and governance.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Finance or Business Administration.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a professional services environment.
  • Proficiency in advanced Excel and analytical capabilities.
  • Experience with financial systems such as Elite 3E, Aderant, or Iridium BI.
  • Familiarity with data visualization tools like Microsoft Power BI.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines effectively.
