Job Description

Overview

  • Lead clinical trial activities ensuring compliance with ICH/FDA/GCP guidelines and local regulations.
  • Provide medical oversight to ensure participant safety and ethical execution of trials.
  • Collaborate with local and central teams to drive study quality and efficiency.
  • Evaluate participant eligibility and ensure proper enrollment in trials.
  • Engage in participant retention and successful delivery of study objectives.
  • Participate in protocol training and investigator meetings to maintain knowledge.
  • Ensure adherence to HIPAA guidelines and maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
  • Adapt to workload changes and prioritize tasks effectively.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Conduct clinical trial activities following established guidelines and protocols.
  • Ensure participant safety and ethical execution of trials.
  • Provide leadership to enhance site efficiency and compliance.
  • Evaluate and assess participant eligibility for trial enrollment.
  • Collaborate with sponsors, clients, and team members positively.
  • Record data accurately and ensure protocol adherence.
  • Participate in training sessions to maintain protocol knowledge.
  • Handle sensitive information professionally and confidentially.

Job Requirements

  • Doctoral degree (MD or DO) with active physician license in good standing.
  • Board certification in Dermatology is required.
  • Proficiency in clinical procedures and computer applications.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills, with attention to detail.
  • Ability to adapt to workload changes and prioritize effectively.
  • Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is highly preferred.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information confidentially and professionally.
  • Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and urgency.
