Overview

Key Responsibilities & Duties

• Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans.
• Lead project teams, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
• Monitor project progress and implement corrective actions as needed.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to address project challenges and requirements.
• Prepare and present project reports to senior management and clients.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor of Science (BS) in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in project management, preferably 10 years.
• Proven expertise in construction management, design-build, and general contracting.
• Strong leadership and communication skills to manage diverse teams.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools.
• Knowledge of safety regulations and quality standards in construction.
• Ability to work in a hybrid environment, balancing on-site and remote tasks.
• Experience in healthcare, education, industrial, and mission-critical projects is preferred.
