Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 8 years of progressive HR management experience; 10 years preferred.
- Experience in professional services or large-scale organizations is strongly preferred.
- Proficiency in HR platforms, with UKG experience being advantageous.
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Office, including Excel and PowerPoint.
- Certifications such as PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP are preferred.
- Strong expertise in employment law, performance management, and organizational development.
- Proven ability to influence senior leadership and drive strategic HR initiatives.
