Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Oversee surgical services operations, including OR, CVOR, anesthesia, and related departments.
- Ensure adherence to clinical standards and regulatory requirements across all perioperative services.

- Monitor financial performance, identifying trends and implementing corrective actions as needed.
- Lead interdisciplinary communication and collaboration to optimize patient care and operational efficiency.

Job Requirements
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required; Master's degree preferred.
- Minimum 3 years of acute care surgical services experience; 5 years preferred.
- Proven leadership experience in a director-level role within healthcare operations.
- Strong knowledge of regulatory standards and evidence-based clinical practices.
- Exceptional communication, collaboration, and team management skills.
- Ability to develop and execute strategic plans to achieve organizational objectives.
