Overview
- Lead the word processing team, ensuring seamless workflow transitions and high-quality document production.
- Develop and refine departmental procedures to optimize efficiency and accuracy.
- Participate in ongoing training to enhance proficiency in document production applications.
- Coordinate and manage document tracking databases for accurate data entry and retrieval.
- Provide expert formatting and editing support for legal documents and graphic presentations.
- Ensure compliance with SEC regulations for PDF formatting and document standards.
- Collaborate with legal and non-legal personnel to meet tight deadlines and deliverables.
Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Edit, scan, convert, and format legal documents with precision and efficiency.
- Coordinate workflow electronically to ensure timely and accurate document production.
- Provide time estimates for document analysis and production tasks.
- Assist in formatting large Excel spreadsheets for print and distribution.
- Support the creation and editing of graphic presentations for various purposes.
- Collaborate with team members to cover shifts and ensure operational continuity.
- Deliver exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree required, with a focus on relevant skills.
- Three to five years of experience in a word processing center environment.
- Expert knowledge of Microsoft Suite 2010, including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Visio, and Outlook.
- Strong organizational and prioritization skills for managing multiple tasks effectively.
