Job Description

Overview

  • Lead corporate finance and operations, ensuring accurate financial reporting and compliance across all corporate entities.
  • Collaborate with diverse business units to manage treasury operations and budgeting processes effectively.
  • Oversee intercompany transactions, ensuring timely and accurate processing and reconciliation.
  • Maintain general ledger integrity, manage journal entries, and review monthly financial statements.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and oversee tax filings for corporate entities.
  • Manage entity formation, amendments, and reporting, ensuring organizational compliance.
  • Monitor cash balances and oversee money market transfers to optimize liquidity.
  • Coordinate vendor onboarding and ensure accurate payment processing.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Review and approve corporate invoices and payments, ensuring efficient transaction processing.
  • Manage intercompany receivables/payables and oversee third-party administrators.
  • Ensure timely and accurate fee calculations across various corporate functions.
  • Coordinate corporate budgeting processes, projecting and analyzing fund liquidity.
  • Participate in expense allocation meetings, ensuring fair cost distribution.
  • Oversee compliance with regulatory requirements and manage tax filings.
  • Monitor cash balances and initiate transfers to maintain liquidity.
  • Manage updates to chart of accounts and general ledger accounts.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting required; CPA certification preferred.
  • 4-6 years of experience in corporate, real estate, or investment accounting.
  • Proficiency in QuickBooks and corporate expense platforms like Ramp preferred.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills essential.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a proactive attitude.
  • Sound judgment and risk management skills with initiative for decision-making.
  • Collaborative team player with a strong sense of ownership and follow-through.
  • Experience with regulatory compliance and tax filings highly valued.
