Key Responsibilities & Duties

Job Requirements
- Professionally accredited Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch.) or Master of Architecture (M.Arch.) degree required.
- Minimum of 8 years of professional experience in architecture, preferably in residential projects.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and Sketch-Up for design and technical detailing.
- Strong sketch and visualization capabilities to communicate design concepts effectively.
- Experience leading project teams and managing consultants to achieve project goals.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
