Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Lead venue performance, including revenue, profitability, and operational efficiency.
- Develop annual operating plans with clear financial goals and priorities.
- Recruit, develop, and retain a high-performing leadership team.
- Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and respect.
- Drive community engagement and partnerships to increase awareness and revenue.
- Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
- Maintain a safe and secure environment for guests and team members.
- Set and maintain high standards for guest interactions and experiences.
- Analyze trends and implement strategies to improve performance.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
- 6+ years of progressive leadership experience in hospitality or entertainment.
- 2–6+ years as a General Manager with full P&L accountability.
- Proven success in high-volume businesses with multiple revenue streams.
- Strong strategic mindset and ability to drive results.
- Ability to manage ambiguity and provide clarity in fast-changing environments.
- Demonstrated skills in community engagement and relationship building.
- Ability to obtain required licenses and certifications for the location.
- Multi-unit or regional leadership experience is a plus.
