  • Drive business growth through strategic planning and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Lead venue performance, including revenue, profitability, and operational efficiency.
  • Develop annual operating plans with clear financial goals and priorities.
  • Recruit, develop, and retain a high-performing leadership team.
  • Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and respect.
  • Drive community engagement and partnerships to increase awareness and revenue.
  • Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
  • Maintain a safe and secure environment for guests and team members.
  • Set and maintain high standards for guest interactions and experiences.
  • Analyze trends and implement strategies to improve performance.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
  • 6+ years of progressive leadership experience in hospitality or entertainment.
  • 2–6+ years as a General Manager with full P&L accountability.
  • Proven success in high-volume businesses with multiple revenue streams.
  • Strong strategic mindset and ability to drive results.
  • Ability to manage ambiguity and provide clarity in fast-changing environments.
  • Demonstrated skills in community engagement and relationship building.
  • Ability to obtain required licenses and certifications for the location.
  • Multi-unit or regional leadership experience is a plus.
