Job Description

Overview

  • Contribute to a dynamic team focused on developing therapies for rare diseases and advancing gene therapy.
  • Perform warehouse operations in a cGMP environment, ensuring compliance and safety protocols.
  • Engage in shipping, receiving, and inventory control tasks with precision and adherence to procedures.
  • Handle GMP material receipts, ERP transactions, and temperature-controlled shipments effectively.
  • Utilize aseptic techniques for material handling and production transfers.
  • Operate motorized equipment safely, including forklifts and pallet jacks.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and uphold good practices in all operations.
  • Contribute to a collaborative environment focused on innovation and excellence.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Perform daily GMP material receipts and ensure compliance with SOPs and material specifications.
  • Process ERP transactions related to warehouse functions accurately and efficiently.
  • Prepare and ship temperature-controlled shipments, maintaining product integrity.
  • Conduct material picking, kitting, and transfers into production using aseptic techniques.
  • Operate motorized equipment safely, adhering to safety protocols and PPE requirements.
  • Document all warehouse operations accurately, following good documentation practices.
  • Identify and mitigate safety risks, ensuring a safe working environment.
  • Collaborate with team members to optimize warehouse processes and support production needs.

Job Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED required; industry experience preferred.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in GMP manufacturing or warehouse operations.
  • Proficiency in ERP transactions related to raw materials and inventory control.
  • Valid driver’s license and ability to operate motorized equipment safely.
  • Capability to lift up to 40 lbs and adhere to safety practices.
  • Strong documentation skills and attention to detail in all operations.
  • Knowledge of GMP standards and ability to follow procedures as written.
