Overview
- Contribute to a dynamic team focused on developing therapies for rare diseases and advancing gene therapy.
- Perform warehouse operations in a cGMP environment, ensuring compliance and safety protocols.
- Engage in shipping, receiving, and inventory control tasks with precision and adherence to procedures.
- Handle GMP material receipts, ERP transactions, and temperature-controlled shipments effectively.
- Utilize aseptic techniques for material handling and production transfers.
- Operate motorized equipment safely, including forklifts and pallet jacks.
- Maintain accurate documentation and uphold good practices in all operations.
- Contribute to a collaborative environment focused on innovation and excellence.
Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Perform daily GMP material receipts and ensure compliance with SOPs and material specifications.
- Process ERP transactions related to warehouse functions accurately and efficiently.
- Prepare and ship temperature-controlled shipments, maintaining product integrity.
- Conduct material picking, kitting, and transfers into production using aseptic techniques.
- Operate motorized equipment safely, adhering to safety protocols and PPE requirements.
- Document all warehouse operations accurately, following good documentation practices.
- Identify and mitigate safety risks, ensuring a safe working environment.
- Collaborate with team members to optimize warehouse processes and support production needs.
Job Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED required; industry experience preferred.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in GMP manufacturing or warehouse operations.
- Proficiency in ERP transactions related to raw materials and inventory control.
- Valid driver’s license and ability to operate motorized equipment safely.
- Capability to lift up to 40 lbs and adhere to safety practices.
- Strong documentation skills and attention to detail in all operations.
- Knowledge of GMP standards and ability to follow procedures as written.
