Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Manage daily operations of case management, including utilization review and discharge planning.
- Supervise and mentor case management staff, fostering professional growth and development.

Job Requirements
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required; Master's in Nursing (MSN) preferred.
- Unrestricted RN license in Colorado or ability to obtain before start date.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certifications required.
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in case management or utilization review roles.
- Preferred 4 years' experience in nursing leadership and familiarity with EPIC systems.
- Bilingual in Spanish and Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certification preferred.
- Strong knowledge of regulatory standards and quality improvement practices.
- Exceptional communication and collaboration skills to work with diverse teams.
