Overview

Key Responsibilities & Duties

Job Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED required; certifications in construction management or related fields preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of construction management experience; 10 years preferred for senior-level expertise.
• Proven track record in managing industrial and warehouse construction projects successfully.
• Strong knowledge of building codes, safety regulations, and environmental standards.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills to manage teams and collaborate with stakeholders.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools for effective planning and execution.
