Overview

  • Lead ground-up commercial construction projects, ensuring high-quality execution, safety compliance, and timely completion in a dynamic and collaborative environment.
  • Collaborate with diverse teams and trades to coordinate mechanical, drywall, concrete, and asphalt operations effectively.
  • Utilize advanced project management tools to plan, execute, and monitor project progress, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Develop and maintain detailed construction schedules using advanced project management tools, ensuring timely project milestones.
  • Oversee and coordinate trades, including mechanicals, drywall, concrete, and asphalt, ensuring quality and efficiency.
  • Implement and manage project management software for seamless operations and documentation.
  • Ensure adherence to safety protocols and construction regulations, maintaining a safe work environment.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure project objectives align with organizational goals and client expectations.
  • Manage budgets and resources effectively to achieve optimal project outcomes.

Job Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED required; additional certifications in construction management preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction management; 10 years preferred.
  • Proficiency in advanced project management tools for schedule creation and management.
  • Experience with project management software like ConDocs, Sage, ProCore, or Bluebeam.
  • Strong knowledge of construction trades and processes, including mechanicals, drywall, concrete, and asphalt.
  • Excellent leadership, team management, and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage budgets and resources effectively to optimize project outcomes.
  • On-site work required; must be able to travel to project locations as needed.
