Overview

  • Support diverse construction projects, ensuring high-quality outcomes and adherence to timelines across multiple locations.
  • Collaborate with project teams to implement effective construction strategies and plans.
  • Assist in managing on-site operations, ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
  • Travel extensively to provide hands-on supervision and support at various project sites.
  • Participate in planning meetings to contribute to project development and execution strategies.
  • Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to maintain schedules and quality benchmarks.
  • Monitor construction progress, ensuring alignment with specifications and quality standards.
  • Engage in continuous learning to enhance expertise in construction management.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Assist in supervising daily operations and activities on construction sites.
  • Support the implementation and monitoring of project plans and schedules.
  • Coordinate with team members to address challenges and optimize workflows.

Job Requirements

  • Associate degree or equivalent in construction management or related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in construction, preferably in specialized projects.
  • Willingness to travel extensively to project sites as required.
  • Knowledge of construction safety standards and regulatory compliance.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills for effective team collaboration.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively under tight deadlines.
  • Experience with project management tools and software is preferred.
