Overview

  • Lead construction projects for a dynamic organization specializing in diverse portfolios, including healthcare, hospitality, retail, and office renovations.
  • Coordinate project activities, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards while maintaining effective communication with stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with project managers and teams to deliver successful outcomes for projects ranging from $1M to $30M.
  • Support long-term client relationships through repeat business and exceptional project execution.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

Job Requirements

  • Proven expertise in managing diverse construction projects, including healthcare, hospitality, and retail renovations.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage teams and coordinate multiple project aspects.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities for effective stakeholder engagement.
  • Knowledge of construction regulations, safety standards, and quality assurance practices.
