Overview

• Lead construction projects for a dynamic organization specializing in diverse portfolios, including healthcare, hospitality, retail, and office renovations.
• Coordinate project activities, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards while maintaining effective communication with stakeholders.
• Collaborate with project managers and teams to deliver successful outcomes for projects ranging from $1M to $30M.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

• Oversee daily construction operations, ensuring compliance with safety protocols and project specifications.
• Coordinate subcontractors and suppliers to maintain project schedules and quality standards.
• Monitor project progress, addressing challenges and implementing solutions to meet deadlines.
• Prepare and present progress reports to stakeholders, highlighting achievements and addressing concerns.
• Ensure effective communication between project teams, clients, and management.
• Assist in project planning and budgeting, contributing to strategic decision-making processes.
• Maintain compliance with industry regulations and standards throughout project execution.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor of Science (BS) in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction management; 8 years preferred.
• Proven expertise in managing diverse construction projects, including healthcare, hospitality, and retail renovations.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage teams and coordinate multiple project aspects.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities for effective stakeholder engagement.
• Knowledge of construction regulations, safety standards, and quality assurance practices.
• Flexibility to travel occasionally for project oversight as required.
