Windows System Engineer

Overview

Key Responsibilities & Duties

• Utilize configuration-as-code paradigms to manage Windows infrastructure efficiently.
• Develop and deploy infrastructure-as-code solutions for Microsoft Azure resources.
• Create PowerShell-based systems to automate operational tasks and improve reliability.
• Identify and remediate inefficiencies across Windows endpoints and infrastructure.
• Support engineering efforts to enhance the Windows environment's performance and scalability.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless integration of solutions.
• Maintain adherence to security best practices and business continuity standards.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in a relevant field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience as a Microsoft-based technology engineer.
• Proficiency with Ansible or similar configuration-as-code tools for Windows devices.
• Experience provisioning Microsoft Azure resources using Terraform.
• Expertise in Microsoft Graph API development and PowerShell scripting.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Intune, Autopilot, Entra ID, and Active Directory.
• Strong design approach incorporating security, scalability, and high availability.
• Self-motivated work ethic with excellent collaboration and communication skills.
