Job Description

Overview

  • Support the Program Director in managing a dynamic clinic program, ensuring compliance with regulatory guidelines and delivering exceptional patient care.
  • Provide direct social work services, including crisis intervention and individual, family, and group counseling to diverse populations.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop comprehensive psychosocial evaluations and personalized treatment plans.
  • Participate in quality assurance initiatives to enhance program effectiveness and maintain high standards of care.
  • Supervise and mentor clinical staff and students, fostering professional growth and development.
  • Conduct performance evaluations, providing constructive feedback to support staff excellence.
  • Oversee the onboarding and training of new team members, ensuring seamless integration into the program.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

Job Requirements

  • Master’s Degree in Social Work or a closely related field is required.
  • Active NYS licensure as an LCSW or LCSW-R is mandatory.
  • Minimum of 1-3 years of supervisory experience in a healthcare setting is preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint is essential.
  • Strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills are required.
  • Ability to analyze and interpret data to inform decision-making processes.
  • Experience providing advanced clinical supervision to staff and interns is highly valued.
