Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Lead the design and implementation of electrical systems for advanced vehicle electronics.
  • Conduct failure analysis and root cause troubleshooting to enhance system reliability.
  • Develop and test PCBs, firmware, and low-voltage DC designs.
  • Utilize ECAD tools such as Altium for precise and efficient design tasks.
  • Collaborate on projects involving CAN, LIN, Ethernet, and wireless communication technologies.
  • Participate in field visits to gather insights and ensure product performance meets expectations.
  • Contribute to process development and optimization in a dynamic engineering setting.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor of Science in Electronics or Electrical Engineering is required.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in electrical engineering; 10 years preferred.
  • Proficiency in ECAD tools such as Altium or equivalent software.
  • Experience with DC design, bus communication systems, and failure analysis.
  • Knowledge of CAN communications, M0 processors, and dense power electronics.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
  • Effective communication skills for collaboration within a diverse team.
  • Flexibility to work on-site with occasional field visits as needed.
