Job Description

Overview

  • Work remotely as an Account Executive, focusing on outbound calls and inbound leads for mortgage loan origination.
  • Build and manage relationships with brokers, realtors, and investors to grow a portfolio of non-QM investor residential loans.
  • Analyze loan markets and develop referral networks to identify prospects for loans.
  • Educate customers on loan products and guide them through the application process.
  • Collaborate with management to meet funding goals and project closed loan volumes.
  • Ensure exceptional customer experience through strategic tools and analysis.
  • Participate in self-development and training programs to stay updated on products and regulations.
  • Contribute to a collaborative work environment while maintaining a positive attitude.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Originate mortgage loans by developing relationships with brokers, realtors, and investors.
  • Manage a pipeline of prospects and oversee referral payments processing.
  • Educate customers on loan products and assist in selecting suitable options.
  • Analyze recorded calls to enhance customer experience and sales strategies.
  • Collaborate with team members to develop respectful internal relationships.
  • Maintain knowledge of sales processes, product offerings, and regulatory changes.
  • Engage in strategic planning to meet and exceed funding targets.
  • Participate in advertising and lead distribution processes for referral sources.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years of sales experience, preferably in mortgage loan originations.
  • High school diploma or GED equivalent; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and standard office equipment.
  • Strong analytical skills to assess financial information and customer needs.
  • Self-starter with a goal-oriented and motivated approach to work.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks effectively in a remote work environment.
