Overview

  • Collaborate with business leaders to shape strategic financial opportunities and optimize resource allocation.
  • Utilize AI tools to enhance financial analysis and decision-making processes.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Partner with business units to identify and evaluate strategic opportunities.
  • Pressure-test unit economics, pricing, and capacity for resource allocation.
  • Model compensation plans and structure deals prior to execution.
  • Track capital deployment and enhance controls using AI technologies.
  • Drive financial planning processes and produce multi-year budgets.
  • Craft presentations and communications for leadership and board-level discussions.
  • Provide independent financial control and ensure efficient resource utilization.
  • Leverage AI and automation trends to improve efficiency and decision-making.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field with a strong academic record.
  • 1–4 years of analytical experience in corporate finance, FP&A, or related fields.
  • Proficiency in financial modeling, scenario analysis, and structured recommendations.
  • Advanced skills in Excel and familiarity with AI tools for analysis.
  • Strong communication skills to engage with senior leaders effectively.
  • Ability to challenge assumptions and provide data-driven perspectives.
  • Interest in leveraging technology and staying current on AI trends.
  • Organizational skills and attention to detail for timely, high-quality deliverables.
