Job Description

Overview

  • Transport employees safely from designated locations to the workplace, ensuring punctuality and reliability during metro service disruptions.
  • Work 20 hours per week in a temporary capacity, supporting the client's operational needs effectively.
  • Collaborate with the logistics team to optimize transportation schedules and routes.
  • Provide excellent customer service to employees during transit, maintaining a professional demeanor.
  • Ensure vehicle maintenance and safety checks are performed regularly for reliable operations.
  • Adhere to all traffic laws and company policies while operating vehicles.
  • Support the client in mitigating transportation challenges during metro service interruptions.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Drive employees to and from designated locations, ensuring timely arrivals and departures.
  • Maintain accurate records of transportation schedules and employee attendance.
  • Perform routine vehicle inspections and report any maintenance needs promptly.
  • Communicate effectively with employees and the logistics team to address transportation concerns.
  • Follow established routes and schedules to optimize efficiency and minimize delays.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies during all operations.
  • Assist in planning and adjusting transportation logistics as needed to meet client requirements.

Job Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED required for this entry-level position.
  • Minimum of 3 years of driving experience, with 5 years preferred.
  • Proven ability to operate vehicles safely and responsibly under varying conditions.
