Job Description

Overview

  • Support the launch and daily operations of a new law office.
  • Provide executive-level assistance to attorneys in a dynamic environment.
  • Handle administrative tasks, including scheduling, correspondence, and billing.
  • Coordinate office operations, vendor management, and facilities needs.
  • Assist with event planning and client service activities.
  • Contribute to the growth and development of the office.
  • Maintain a professional and welcoming office environment.
  • Collaborate with leadership to support business development initiatives.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Manage attorney calendars, meetings, and travel arrangements.
  • Prepare and proofread legal documents and correspondence.
  • Coordinate client meetings and prepare related materials.
  • Handle reception duties, including greeting clients and visitors.
  • Oversee office supplies, deliveries, and facility maintenance.
  • Assist with planning and executing client events and networking functions.
  • Support billing processes, expense reimbursements, and administrative requests.
  • Collaborate on office setup and growth initiatives.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in legal executive support roles.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and related applications.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Experience in event coordination and office management.
  • Ability to work onsite five days per week in a professional setting.
  • Notary Public certification is a significant advantage.
