Overview

  • Drive full-cycle recruitment processes, focusing on manufacturing and engineering roles to meet organizational workforce needs.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and develop tailored recruitment strategies.
  • Manage multiple requisitions simultaneously, ensuring high standards of candidate engagement and process efficiency.
  • Contribute to branding initiatives, including job fairs, college fairs, and campus recruiting events.
  • Provide exceptional candidate and stakeholder experiences through effective communication and relationship building.
  • Adapt recruitment strategies to meet dynamic organizational priorities and workforce demands.
  • Work in a hybrid environment, balancing in-office and remote responsibilities seamlessly.
  • Support global recruitment efforts and contribute to the organization's talent acquisition goals.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Conduct phone screens and in-person interviews to evaluate candidate qualifications and cultural fit.
  • Develop and implement recruitment plans tailored to specific roles and organizational needs.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of recruitment activities and candidate interactions.
  • Collaborate with senior talent acquisition leaders to support global hiring initiatives.
  • Utilize recruitment tools and platforms for sourcing, tracking, and engaging candidates.
  • Ensure compliance with organizational policies and legal regulations throughout recruitment processes.
  • Provide timely updates and communication to candidates and hiring managers.

Job Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED required; certifications in recruitment or HR are advantageous.
  • Minimum of 3 years of full-cycle recruitment experience, preferably in manufacturing or engineering sectors.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple requisitions and adapt to changing priorities effectively.
  • Strong customer service skills with a focus on building solid stakeholder relationships.
  • Experience in recruitment branding and engagement activities, including job fairs and campus events.
  • Proficiency in using recruitment tools and platforms for sourcing and candidate management.
  • Ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment, balancing remote and in-office tasks.
