Project Manager

Overview

Key Responsibilities & Duties

• Develop and oversee comprehensive project plans, timelines, and deliverables for enterprise IT initiatives.
• Engage with stakeholders across IT and business units to ensure alignment and effective communication.
• Manage vendor relationships, ensuring deliverables meet quality and strategic objectives.
• Facilitate coordination across multiple workstreams and teams to achieve project milestones.
• Translate complex technical concepts into clear, actionable insights for diverse audiences.
• Implement governance mechanisms to maintain execution discipline and accountability.
• Support workshops and planning activities to define requirements and drive project success.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in a relevant field is required.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT project management; 10 years preferred.
• Proven track record in delivering large-scale technology initiatives successfully.
• Strong skills in managing multi-vendor environments and cross-functional teams.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities at all organizational levels.
• Experience with IT operating model improvements and data analytics programs is advantageous.
• Familiarity with professional services or law firm environments is preferred.
